1st phase has to be tactical alliance ( until next election about two years ) with the objective of saving Ethiopia from disintegration and bringing law and order and peace.
2nd phase strategic alliance ( 4 years after next election) in which TPLF remains an independent party but in alliance with PP
3rd phase integration ( 7 years from now)

PP&TPLF are one and the same. Add EPLF to the mix. Formal integration or not they are identical with the same ideology, brutality and idiocy.
A Tigrian wishing disintegration for Ethiopia isn’t a new thing. Tigray separating from Ethiopia is real and a welcome news for the rest of Ethiopians.
