The main reason for Amhara joining the Galla-led ENDF is to obtain weapons for either selling or handing over to FANO.
This testimony by Amhara militants and police is very promising and enlightening. The main motivation for joining the Galla-led ENDF appears to be acquiring weapons either to sell or to hand over to FANO.
