Building people should come first before building the economy and the infrastructure.

In short you finally are learning from Eritreans, right. You can do it and good luck. Countries resources are its people and you need to mine that ‘gold’. But it takes dedication and teaching all ethnic group, religion worshippers to ditch it and be on the same Ethiopia only agenda.
