These giant people are also mentioned in the Qur'an. I think it's said that they existed during Prophet Abraham's era.

Well, as you might know the Quran is a mixture of everything. But the book of Enoch tells in details the origin of the giants and is a prehistoric narrative of the time before Noah. The narrative about the seven universes and the place of the holly God is described there as well.
