What are the motives behind recent killings in the Amhara region by "unknown gunmen" targeting innocent people from a particular religious group?

Cui bono? Who stands to gain from inciting a religious violence in the Amhara region? The TPLF terror group? Banda Abiy? Both?

Why are TPLF and PP media quick to blame FANO for the senseless attacks? What are they trying to hide?
