The Foreign Minister of Djibouti has this morning inflicted one more pain on to the mindless fuc'kers in the breakaway region of Somalia, aka Somaliland, expressing that the MoU between Ethiopia and Somaliland will never materialise and that nothing whatsoever has been achieved in this respect to date, and that Djibouti regards the unity and territorial integrity of Somalia as too sacrosanct to be interfered with, and that Djibouti's aim and efforts revolve only around reuniting the northern region with the rest of Somalia.

He also affirmed that Djibouti didn't know anything about this MoU prior to its public announcement. He also hinted that relations between Djibouti and the mindless enclave are currently frosty.

The mindless fuc'kers in Somaliland have gone mad. For instance, the leader of one of its political parties says, while shocked and close to crying, "What the Foreign Minister of Djibouti has expressed today is the most idiotic utterance a foreign minister has ever uttered" (as if he were recording all the speeches of all foreign ministers in the world).
