ዘረኝነት፤ የወያኔ- ኦነግ የጎሳ ክልል፤ የዴደቢት ኢ-ህገመንግሥት ከምድረ-ኢትዮጵያ መደምሰስ እና መጥፋት ብቸኛው ምርጫ ነው። ይህ ጤናማ ሰው እና ዜጋ እርምጃ ነው።የ21ኛው ክፍለ ዘመን ሰው ይህን የደንቆሮ ዘገምተኛ ወንበደዎች የዘር እና የጎሳ የውድቀት እና የዕልቂት መንገድ ሊከተለው የማይገባ እና የማይታሰብ ነው።

ይህን ውድቀት ኢትዮጵያን ደጋግመው በመውደቅ እራሳቸውን የሙከራ ቤት እንሰሳ በማድረግ መረዳት የለባቸውም። በትግራይ ያደረሰውን ውድመት፤ውድቀት፤ እንድሁም አሁንም ሳያቋርጥ እያደረሰ ያለውን የሞራል፤ የኢኮኖሚ፤ የማህበረሰብ ክስረት እያየን ነው። የጎሳ እና የዘር የዘገምተኞችን መንደግ ማጥፋት ቁጥር 1 እርምጃ መሆን አለበት።

Never again! Yes, የጎሳ ክልል እና የደደቢት ኢህገ መንግስት በአማራ ክፍላተ ሀገር ብቻ ሳይሆን የሚቀደደው እና የሚደመሰሰው በሌሎች ክፍለ ሀገራትም ይደገማል።

ኑፋቄ ወያኔነት አሰቃየህ እኮ - ትናንትን ናፋቂ ነህ። ወርቅ ህዝቢ ትግራይ እያልክ በሌሎች ላይ ስትቀልድ የነበርክ ተኩላ አሁን የበግ ለምድ ብትለብስ ማንም አያምንህም። የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ 2 ጥላቶች አሉት እንዳውም ቀንደኛው ወያኔ ነበር። የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ከማንም ጋር ጥል የለውም ከማንም ጋር መወያየት የሚይስፈልገው አይደለም። 2ቱ ወንበደዎች ለህግ ወይም እርምጃ ብቻ ነው የሚገባቸው። ይህን ውይይት እንቶ ፋንቶ ቅራቅንቦ ኑፋቄ ወያኔ ቀልድህን ወዲያ ጣል።

No body lives in the future. We all live in the present. Of course, the job of our brain to make predictions about the future but it is always the present (experience) that confirms or disconfirms our predictions. And all of our data for prediction comes from the past (history). Without history, there is neither the present nor the future. The entire universe stands on history- on what has happened in the past.

On predicting the future one can use historical trends to predict the future but there are disruptive changes which make the trend based forecast irrelevant. Leadership is about conceptualizing a vision ( could be inspired based on various reasons and analysis including spiritual revelations) and communicating it to others to get support for execution. Martin Luther King saw a color blind America and he gave his life to it . Same is true for our Lord Jesus Christ.

It is not my wish to expand on this side issue. I am not quiet sure what you mean by trend based prediction. The brain predicts upcoming events and situations by projecting the models of the world it has accumulated overtime. then it uses sense perceptions and experience to match its predictions with actual sensory experiences. This is the current state of cognitive science. So I don't know what you mean by trend.

The same applies to leadership. Leadership is driven by history. Consider the leader to be the brain. If a leader wants to show the way - a future state of things - his/her vision (which is precisely a prediction of future events) - this vision must based on history and models of realities accumulated overtime.

The vision of a future is Ethiopia is precisely based on the history and past experiences of Ethiopians. These days every ethnic idiot tries to hold state power and impose his/her mental images, false mental pictures as leadership vision. That is false.

Every fancy and dream is not leadership vision. The only vision (prediction) that based on science and true is that one which comes from accumulated history and experiences of Ethiopia as nation and Ethiopians as a people. All other fictions of the mind will rise and fall.

Think back how many fancy visions TPLF published over the years. Consider how many concepts Abiy publishes every month or year. None are accurate historical scientific predictions of Ethiopian future. None are put to practice because these concepts fail to match the actual experiences of the people who are the true reality on the ground.

The human brain does not and can not see what it does not know. (I want to read this line 3 times). We predict what we already know into the future. Those who promise an empty concept or a world that they don't know are fake magicians. ጠንቋዮች ናቸውና አትከተላቸው! ወደ ማያውቁት አለም የሚመሩህ እራሳቸው እውር ናቸው! የትና ወዴት እንደ ሚሂዱ የምያውቁ ናቸው። የትም አለመድረሳቸውን የሚያውቁት ጉዞአቸውን ሲጨርሱ ነው! የትም አለመድረሳቸው የሚያዩት የዉሸቱ መንገድ ሲያበቃ ነው ።

Horus just to clarify on some of the issues you raised :

Forecasting in business :
- Trend based forecast is about extrapolating historical trends
- You can also forecast based on the distinctive competitive advantage you plan to build against competition instead of following trends and in that case you could have ambitious forecast

- You could also innovate a new product and develop a sales forecast based on certain assumptions

Forecasting in political / social areas:

If you consider Ethiopia over the last 50 years over all it has been facing cyclical crises but we can set a vision to make it among world top 20 countries in economy & social developments in 20 years and 30 years in technological developments. That is a disruptive vision ( it is not trend based) but it is not totally impossible. What we need is tolerance toward each other, peace , democracy, and each new government has to build over the job that was done by the previous governments instead of trying to destroy and rebuild.

Overall I do not believe you and me to have antagonistic views on the future of Ethiopia and I appreciate your contribution in this forum.

ኢትዮጵያ በአራት ብሄራዊ ቀውሶች ውስጥ ተወጥራለች ፤ እነሱም አንድነት ማጣት፣ ፍትህ መጥፋት፣ እድገት መቆርቆዝ እና የባህል መላሸቅ ናቸው።

በዚህ አለም ላይ ማንኛውም ነገር አንድ ካልሆነ ሊቆም፣ ሊጸና አይችልም። አንድነት የሌለው ነገር ሁሉ ደካማና ፍርስ ነው ። ስለሆነም ኢትዮጵያ ዛሬ እንደ አገር አንድነት አልባ እጅግ ደካማ አገር ነው ። ለዚህ የኢትዮጵያ መፍረክረክና አገራዊ ደካማነት በቁጥር አንድ ደረጃ ተጠያቂው የጎሳ ፖለቲካና የጎሳዎች ክፍፍል፣ የጎሳዎች ቅራኔ ሲሆን የዚህ ቀውስ አጠንጣኞች በመንግስት ስልጣን ላይ ያሉት የጎሳ ፖለቲካ መሪዎች ናቸው ።

ይህ የጎሳ ፖለቲካና ቅራኔ በመላ አገሪቱ የሰፈነውን ሁከት፣ አመጽ፣ ጦርነትና ታሪካዊ ሰላም አጥነትን አስከትሏል ። ስለሆነም የጎሳ ፖለቲካ በዜጋ ፖለቲካ ሳይተካ ኢትዮጵያ እንደ አገርም ሆነ እንደ ሕዝብ ሰላም ሊያገኙ በፍጹም አይችሉም ።

ሁለተኛው የፍትህ መጥፋት ቀውስ ነው። በአንድ የፖለቲካ ማህበረሰብ ውስጥ ፍትህ ብቸኛው የችግሮች ሁሉ መፍትሄ ነው። ሰዎች መገዛት ያለባቸው በሰው ሳይሆን በሕግ ነው ። ሕግ ገዝነትም ሆነ ማኛውም የሕግ ሴራ መቆሚያ መሰረቱ ፍትህ ነው ። ፍትህ ልጆች፣ የዜጋዎች እኩልነጥ የመብቶችና ግዴታዎች ሚዛናዊነት፤ ከዚያ ሲያልፍም በሰዎች ወንድማማችነት፣ ስምምነትና ፍቅር ላይ የሚቆም ብቸኛው የአገር ፣ የሕዝብ ፣ የማህበረሰብ ማደራጃ መሳሪያ ነው።

ፍትህ ሲጠፋ የሚከተለው ግፍ፣ ጭቆና፣ አመጽና ሰላም አጥነት ነው ። ዛሬ ላይ ኢትዮጵያ ፍጹም ሰላም አጥ የሆነችው ፍትህ አልባ የግፍና ጭቆና ምድር ስለሆነች ነው ። ለዚህ ሙሉ በሙሉ ተጠያቂው በስልጣን ላይ ያለው የኦሮሞ ጎሳ አገዛዝ ነው።

ሶስተኛው የእድገት መቀጨጭ ቀውስ ነው ። ኢትዮጵያ ዛሬም ሰው በረሃብ የሚሞትባት አገር ነች ። ኢትዮጵያ ዛሬም በምዕራብ የምግብ እርዳታ የምትኖር፣ የምድሃኒት እራዳታ፣ የትምህርት እርዳታ የምትኖር አገር ነች ።

ለዚህ የኢኮኖሚ ቀውስና እድገት መቀጨጭ ዋና ተጠያቂዎቹ የጎሳ ክፍፍል፣ የጎሳ ገበያ ተዋቅሮ፣ ከኢኮኖሚ ሳይይንስ የተጻረረ የጎሳ ቩዱ ወይም ጥንቆላ ኢኮኖሚ ህሳቤ ናቸው ። የጎሳ ንድፈ ሃሳብ የኢኮኖሚ እድገት ፍጹም ተጻራሪ ህሳቤ ነው ።

የኢኮኖሚ ቀውስና ድህነትና ጎሰኛነት ሲዋሃዱ የሚንሰራፋው ሌብነት፣ ዝርፊያ፣ ሙስና ፣ኢኮኖሚያዊ ግፍ ነው። ስለሆነም በጎሳ ስሌትና ኮታ ላይ የቆመ ኢኮኖሚና ቢሮክራሲ እስካሉ ድረስ የተደራጀ መንግስታዊ ሌብነትና ቆሻሻ ሙስና በፍጹም ሊወገዱ አይችሉም። የተደራጀ መንግስታዊ ሙስና የፍትህ መጥፋትና የግፍ አገዛዝ ሌላው ገጽታ ነው ።

አራተኛው ቀውስ የባህል መላሸቅ ነው። የግፍ አገዛዝ የፖለቲካ ካልቸር ነው። መንግስታዊ ሙስናና ሌብነት ኢኮኖሚ ካልቸር ነው። የሞራልና ስነምግባር መላሸቅ ማህበራዊ ጥፉ ካልቸር ነው ።

ይህን መሰል የካልቸር ውድቀት ማለት ደሞ የማይፈጥር ካልቸር፣ ችግር የማይፈታ ካልቸር፣ ፈሪሃ ፈጣሪ የራቀው ብሽቅ ካልቸርና ከተፈጥሮ ጋር የተጣላ አውዳሚ ባህል ማለት ነው ።
ለምሳሌ አራቱ አቢይ የስራ ማደራጃ ጽንሰ ነገሮችን ብቻ እንመልከት፤ አንድነት፣ ትብብር፣ ቅንብርና ቅንጅት።

የአንድነት እጦት፣ የተለያዩ ጎሳዎች አንድ አይነት ስራ በአንድ ቦታና በአንድ ግዜ በአንድነት መስራት አይችሉም ። ይህ የኮላቦሬሽን እጦት ይባላል።

የትብብር እጦት፣ የተለያዩ ጎሳዎች የተለያዩ ስራዎችን አንድ ቦታ፣ በአንድ ግዜ በትብብር መስራት አይችሉም። ይህ የኮኦፐሬሽን እጦት ይባላል።

የቅንብር እጦት፣ የተለያዩ ጎሳዎች አንድ አይነት ስራ በተለያየ ቦታና በተለያየ ግዜ ተቀናብረው ሊሰሩ አይችሉም። ይህ የኮኦርዲኔሽን እጦት ይባላል።

የቅንጅት እጦት፣ የተለያዩ ጎሳዎች የተለያየ ስራ በተለያየ ቦታና በተለያየ ግዜ በቅንጅት መስራት አይችሉም ። ይህ የአላይንመንት (አላያንስ) እጦት ይባላል።

በአንድ ቃል በጎሳ ፖለቲካ፣ በጎሳ ኢኮኖሚና በጎሳ ቅራኔ የተቃወሰ ማህበረሰብ ስራውን በአንድነት፣ በትብብር፣ በቅንብርና በቅንጅት ማከናወን አይችልም ።
