Bee Pollen is more expensive than the actual honey, one of the most healthy food in the US and EU countries. The honey farmers in both region of Tigray must collect the Bee Pollen for export 4.5 kilo gram or 10 pound is $90 dollars in ebay or Amazon, that is the cheapest you can find. 4.5 KG of honey is about $70 dollars compare to Bee pollen $90 dollars. Please the ministry of agriculture to instruct all Tigray honey farmers to collect Bee pollen carefully and dried them and will be come source of hard currency for Tigray nation. It will double the income of honey farmers too. This is very important message for our farmers and Tigray nation. The ministry must expand honey producing capacity all over Tigray specially Tembien mountains regions, Raya, Agame and other part of Tigray to produce honey and Bee pollen for export.
