Yes, the war severely decapitated Tigray in all index be it economical, military or psychology. PP oromuma took the revenge of the Oromo humiliation that lasted full 27 years. It was brutall in both ends. But OPDO did more damage to Tigray. The population of Tigray is severly reduced. a lot more are now migrating out and they are forced to make up for that through $perm donations. This n!gro (megbey) wants another round only to escape from accountability. Let them come. They will have to pay more for the war they won't win or even if they succeed with the help of PP, they will have to pay in coming years since the people of Amhara will not back down as they always have done for the case of Welkayt
