India is the winner.
It sells its low quality drones and thus makes money.
It gets rid of its low quality drones and still makes money, to buy quality drones for itself as it does.
It makes money in the form of interests out of its loans
It gets granted commercial concessions in Ethiopia
And obviously Ethiopia is the loser, as usual:
It gets low quality drones.
It gets loans that it can't afford.
It becomes a slave to India.
India is the winner.
