It is the same in other areas of human achievements - in trade, commerce, industry, art, science, education, technology and war.

Ethiopians can model from our athletics excellence on to other less successful departments including politics, governance, and inter-ethnic relations.

Modelling is the singular predictor of success in individual and social behaviors. It is not a mystery.
