Eritrea is not Ethiopia's enemy. But if it were the smartest thing to do is encourage Eritreans to vacate their own c

If a big country is bothered by its tiny neighbor with less than three million people, then the simplest thing to do is to deplete the population by encouraging migration to somewhere else.
If Ethiopia opens its border and assist the escape of Eritreans from their open prison, Eritrea will be open for grab by anyone but mainly Ethiopia. There will be no one to claim it back. Once Shabia surrenders, then Ethiopia can settle millions in Eritrea and eliminate any threat.

I would guess two-thirds of Eritrea already resides out-side of Eritrea province - most in their former motherland of Ethiopia. So, the question?

Should Ethiopia return their citizenship and these Eritreans living in Ethiopia given reclaim their Ethiopian citizenship by renouncing the forced fake Eritrea citizenship? What should the process look like? Citizenship provides them the right to elect and get elected, represent and represented. In that case, they not only live in Addis Ababa or else where they will be entitled to free their province.

This subject is beyond individuals. I was talking about a country even if it is tiny.
