Abiy's dog whistle

Post by TGAA » 15 Mar 2024, 22:34

While Abiy and his Oromouma gangsters are killing farmers, burning their farmland, bombing churches, massacring innocents, frustrated by cascades of defeats, Abiy pretends in the well-lit palace that he is the only reasonable person in the country, somehow misunderstood. "He paints himself as the only sheep in the middle of foxes." The man who presided over genocide in Ethiopian history, made a war of choice to cripple TPLF at the cost of 1,000,000 Ethiopians, now claims he is as innocent as a white cloud. But in all those meetings, what he is doing is pushing his divisive politics in a very settled way.

With the Amharas, he is portrayed as the leader in Ethiopian history who developed the Amhara region, and he begs those in the meeting to find a way to mediate with Fanos. He even offers to pay compensation to amend his relationships. However, the killing of civilians continues, along with the imprisonment of Amharas. The next in line for his manipulative tactics were the Oromos. The usual narrative is that Oromos need to protect their Oromo-dominated government because if they lose this opportunity, they may have to wait another 100 years to come back to power.

To the south, his message is a warning to the Southerners: "ገንፎ የሚያበስሉህ ሊበሉህ ነው," intended to caution against being fooled into thinking that Fanos want to dominate them, urging them to stand with him instead.

Even in Orthodox church meetings, he positions himself as the only leader who has visited the church more than 10 times. However, what he accomplished in those meetings is inserting ethnic politics into the church. His attempts to separate the Abun from others by implying that when the Abune Amtias felt lonely, he went to visit them, insinuating that he was closer to the Abunu than the church itself. Thus, it is his orchestrated war that has brought about what he calls isolation.

Ethiopians have endured his plethora of lies meant to divide them and extend his domination. However, the time to fool them has passed, and the end is near.
