Objective:

- Promote Ethiopianism and minimize ethno-regionalization
- Bake bigger cake together and share it in an equitable manner rather than fighting on pieces.

Option 1,

1- Three Mega Regional states

- Northern Ethiopia: By combining Amhara, Tigray, Afar and Benishangul Gumuz
- Southern East Ethiopia: By combining Eastern and South Oromia and Somalia
- Southern West Ethiopia: By combining Western & Central Oromia, Southern States and Gambela

2- Each mega state to be divided to 12 Zones ( total zones not to exceed 36 Zones) .


Option 2 - Go back to the pre EPRDF map (14 provinces) but that may not be acceptable to the Nations and Nationalities.
