I have been asking people in the medical field if some of Abiy ahmed's pictures with blood shot eyes of various proportions are related to use of illicit substances or alcohol.
Barring medical issues,I am astounded by their assessment of several pictures of Abiy Ahmed.
just examine a couple of pictures of him still or live,listen to his outlandish and disjointed statements.
could it be he 's been inhaling and sniffing drugs all along???
