⏭︎ Before the US decided to illegally incorporate the nation of Eritrea to its African neo-colony Ethiopia in 1952, Eritrea had the second-largest economy and was the most developed nation in Africa next to South Africa.



⏭︎ During the 10 years of British military administration of Eritrea from 1941 to 1950, all the heavy equipment at Eritrean ports were dismantled and moved to Britain or its other colonies elsewhere, in a brazen robbery scheme of staggering proportions!

Derg officials didn't like the battery-operated trucks. "If they are real trucks they should take fuel and make noise," they reasoned. Something that moved without making noise aroused their suspicion, so, sadly, they blew up the trucks, one by one, until they were all gone.



⏭︎ A young Eritrean man walking home carrying his guitar after a church service was stopped by Derg soldiers from Tigray who asked, "what is that you're carrying?", to which he replied "የሙዚቃ መሳሪያ ነው።", and in a flash the agame soldiers aimed their guns at the young man and ordered him to come with them to the Derg station and brought him in front of their commander claiming that they had caught him carrying "መሳሪያ." After laughing his a$$ off, the Amharic-speaking commander asked the young man to play a couple of tunes on the guitar to alleviate the morbid fear that the guitar had caused to his agame soldiers. During the time the great nation of Eritrea was enjoying the second-largest economy in Africa, tens of thousands of agame migrated to Eritrea as day laborers, farm workers, cattle herders and domestic helpers. Keep in mind that the agame could have worked in other parts of Ethiopia, but the horrific genocidal crimes Yohaness IV had committed was still fresh in the mind of Ethiopians that the agame were not welcome anywhere in Ethiopia.

But the Eritrean people who believe in giving a person a second chance had allowed agame migrants to work and thrive in the country, but no sooner had we learned that a leopard cannot change its spots, especially with the arrival of Derg forces in Eritrea whose scorched earth policy was carried out by none other than the inferiority complexed agame enlisted in its ranks as "አብዮት ጥበቃ," given carte blanche to kill, rape and loot the Eritrean people as they pleased. ባጎረስኩ እጄ ተነከስኩ!

We figured, the root cause of agame's inferiority complex towards Eritreans, and their savage behavior towards those who had given them a second chance to redemption in particular, was a result of decades of neglect and abandonment they felt by the Ethiopian people that, we decided to correct their behavior by integrating them into the general Ethiopian population by pushing their stroller through the gates of Arat Kilo in 1991.

It did not surprise us when, 7 years later, the unrepentant and ungrateful agame invaded Eritrea in 1998 – once bitten twice shy, and they burned their bridges behind them, forever! It is rumored that, President Isaias returned from his China trip carrying a blueprint for The Great Wall of China. Erecting a permanent barrier is the only solution to avoid conflicts between humans and wild animals that cannot be domesticated.
