Meles Zenawi shared his concerns with Susan Rice about the Strong Eritrean Diaspora communities whose remittances sent home was the backbone of many Eritrean families which Meles wanted to destroy. The genocidal agame basically wanted to drain the sea to kill the fish.

Eritrea has been exploiting gold over the last two decades and Tigray could also do the same in the years to come. Are you going to kill yourself if Tigray discovers precious stones, gold, diamond and earn billions of dollars every year? You could invest in Tigray and share the benefits. Ethiopia/ Tigray could also invest in Eriteria ,that should be the way forward!
