First, the new air Tigrayans expecting to breath is not doing the same what the inept did to Tigray but a new attitude, vision, commitment, honesty to be implemented across Tigray woredas and cities.

The responsibility you took is not easy but will give you a chance to define yourself who you are and rally all Tigrayans from end to end to join you to achieve your vision for all Tigrayans. All problems of Tigray are almost high priorities to be done sooner but as smart and dedicated leadership you can still filter out the most acute urgent priorities to the some of the problems to be solved immediately. One of them is our TDF fighters resettlement, per the reports coming out money is allocated for TDF from the federal, then the money should not be handed over in cash to buy Alcohol and become hopeless and burden of Tigray permanently but you can use the money to settle them in special regions of Tigray and be a productive society for their own families and excess production to bring them to market other Tigrayans to buy them at affordable price and those settled fighters will be a tax payers for the government of Tigray. To do the above, president of Tigray must do the followings:

1. Resettlement of fighters in Humora, Wolkait, Tembien Ambera, part of Shire near Tekeze river, Wor’ee river from east Hawzen to Gelebeda and Maikenetal along Wor’ee river. Wor’ee river must be dammed from Hawzen to the west near Shire and will assume many Tigrayans both side of the river edge will be a green farming lands all kind of vegetables, fruits and crops.

2. Resettlement of fighters in Ambera near Tekeze river from Abergele to Ambera to shire and Wolkait-Tselemti regions and Ambera can be huge modern agricultural region will feed entire Tigray markets. Many youths and fighters should be resettling along the river edge and let set up new cities people to live in the area and produce the most important stable food for themselves and for Tigray markets.


3. Resettlement of fighters and youths in Humora by taking lands from the corrupt Qushet and Ayashumey and Amoy lands and let the fighters take over and do the modern farming from consumption to cash crops.

4. Resettlement of fighters in Wolkait and give them abandoned lands to farm and be self-reliance by producing from domestic animals to crops.


5. Resettlement of fighters in Tselemti/Tsegede and do the same thing as above.

6. Resettlement of fighters in southern Tigray regions of Raya and do as above to help themselves be tax payers for government of Tigray than the Mekelle jobless Alcohol consumers.


7. If you do not do the above, the youth fighters will loose hope very rapidly and the money they got will spend them in alcohol consumption and will be very burden for the government of Tigray and Tigray will not move forward rapidly unless a very wise action is taken very soon and implement them with the help of all parties members and other nationalist Tigrayans to work together like “Zemecha” all Tigrayans across Tigray to keep them busy and do something for themselves and for Tigray.

8. The government of Tigray led by president of Tigray Getachew and General Tsadkan, all Tigray rivers must be dammed regardless of their sizes in all Tigray regions and this is where Tigray future will be defined, that is if there are dammed water every where the Tigray can implement short, medium and long term planning how Tigray citizens will be converted to a middle class society. Tigrayans should be encouraged to live around where there is water dams and plant fruits, vegetables, and crops for immediate consumptions and they should plant coffee trees in millions all over Tigray hills specially in western Tigray “Kaza” river the long running water must be dammed and both side of the vast hills must be used to plan billions of coffee trees and let the plot of lands be allocated to Tigrayans jobless youth and fighters to maintain them and water them and let them grow the trees and change their lives and Tigray economy for cash crop.


9. Plant coffees trees along the Wor’ee river from Hawzen all the way to western Tembien and Adwa and in Wor’ee the youth of Tigray can grow grapes wine fruit and someone can set up wine production to sell them outside Tigray to earn hard currencies. Gelebeda along Wor’ee river is excellent soil to grow the finest wine grape.

10. The Above projects are very critical and determinant for Tigray future to define where Tigray will be heading in the short and long run. Remember all the trees planted in the 1990th are fully grown and covering Tigray landscapes reducing soil erosion. The same if you plant billions of coffee trees along all rivers of Tigray, they will be millions of hard currency producers in the near future but there has to be smart people to visualize in their brain and it is a due able project and a worthy investment.

11. One thing I know for sure, western donners love to help and finance for any project around the world to help people, if the project is layout smartly and very convincedly others to see your plan is worthy to pour money on them and they will help you money for all the above projects, specially to provide you agricultural small, medium and big machineries for the resettlement of fighters in the above mentioned regions and for all rivers damming machineries. This is where Getachew Reda and Gen Tsadkan should ask America, EU, England and IMF and world bank supported by UN. If you do not have any vision and ask for help to achieve your vision, no one is going to knock your head and tell you what to do to move forward and help your own people, everything is up to us.

There is nothing Tigray to open talk with Amhara unless the talk is to return all looted Tigray properties, burned Tigray properties and all the atrocity on poor peaceful civilians in all Tigray by the genocidal evil savage Amhara. Tigray relationship is solely with the federal per the agreement stipulated by the world bodies in South Africa and Kenya. When Amhara wants a dialog with Tigray, they are instructed by Bologna maids to undue what was signed and Amhara is part of the federal and if Amhara does not want to be part of the federal, then Amhara problem is with federal than Tigray. Tigray should not open any window to spoil the agreement all the bodies including UN signed on it and Amhara is not part of it since Amhara is part of the federal and if Amhara has an issue, it should be exclusively with federal not Tigray and Getachew should not make decision about the fate of Tigray exclusively by his own heart desire the way the Diqalu brought Tigray to disaster. President Getachew, you must call the diaspora experts like Seye, Fisaha, Dr Mehari, Dr Tedros and others to organize and to be incharge of foreign countries and wealthy individual to approach them and show them the plan and need Tigray immediate tractors to resettle all the fighters and youths to be self reliance Tigray and Tigray does not need food aid, food aid should be only for one dry season. The above individuals have many network with very important people in many countries and UN to carry their message to the decision makers and they will play huge role for Tigray reconstruction. Damming all rivers of Tigray is the highest priority Tigray to move forward and the way you handle how to resettle our fighters is the second important for Tigray future. Never hand out cash to them but give them lands and money to build their own houses around the farming land they are being resettled and they will be very productive not only help themselves but they will pay tax to the government and bring crops and domestic animals to the market the rest of Tigrayans to buy them at a cheaper prices and life will be better.

President of Tigray must call all educated people all party members and others to participate on the program and lead the youth of Tigray to engage in a productive sectors.

If Getachew Red, Gen Tsadkan and Gen Taddesse are true open mind and their dedication is for Tigrayans, then they must confiscate all the looters properties like Adisalem Balima, Samora Yinus, Getachew Assefa, Gen Teklebrhan and all looters and spend the money on the above projects. Leave them some money for living to live like the rest of Tigrayans, the rest Tigray must take over their the looted wealth from tigray. All made the money on the expense of Tigray and used Tigray power to enrich themselves and their families and all the wrong decision made are to safeguard the looters and mafia network of the Diqalu and every penny they owned are Tigray properties. All the money will be enough to dam all Tigray river all sizes.

Getachew Reda should set up task forces in the above regions to organize and resettle our fighters and other jobless youths to engage with our God given land and water to help themselves first and help Tigray. The main four parties should be assigned in each region and lead them how things to be done easily and cheaply and give them the moral boost they need at a very critical juncture. This task is extremely important not only for the fighters but for Tigray as a whole to elevate poverty and to make goods availability at an affordable price to curve inflation in Tigray and having managed economy in Tigray.
