Good for President Museveni! We Africans need to be strong on our own moral values. Copying others' decadent behavior may not help us get over our poverty, get a modern medical system, or get more educated. What we need to endeavor is to acquire their technical know-how. And that comes with education and education only, not by copying their moral bankruptcy.
