The democratically elected PM and his good government took great efforts and helped reconcile the long time warring factions of of the Orthodox church and gave them lots of land to build their churches and increase their faith communities. Additionally, the PM traveled to the Middle East countries and acquired large areas of land from there and passed it over to the Orthodox church for building their church abroad and attract more faith communities in foreign countries.

The PM also traveled all over the neighboring countries, negotiated with officials of those countries and managed to collect lots of desperate Ethiopians of different regions, languages, ethnicity and transported the back to their mother country on his own official plane. These are only the tip of the ice berg when talking about peace and harmony building ideas and behaviors of the PM and his government, a government where the democratic Amharas have a lion's share of governance privileges.

The chatter box dude in the video is just a foolish dim witted low IQ traditional nefxxenya parrot scared to death from peace and harmony building in the society because peace and harmony will force them to become just one among equals while they think that they are more than equals among the designated equals. That is also why he equates the ruling party to the donkey as seen from a dwarf dog.
