While all parties ( including TPLF) has committed war crimes. Ethiopian Defence Forces, Eritrean Defence forces and Amhara forces had committed crimes against humanity. In addition Amhara forces committed diverse crimes against humanity including persecution & ethnic cleansing.

What are missing are from the report are:

After careful review of the law and the facts, I have determined that members of the Ethiopian National Defense Forces (ENDF), Eritrean Defense Forces (EDF), Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) forces, and Amhara forces committed war crimes during the conflict in northern Ethiopia.

Members of the ENDF, EDF, and Amhara forces also committed crimes against humanity, including murder, rape and other forms of sexual violence, and persecution.

Members of the Amhara forces also committed the crime against humanity of deportation or forcible transfer and committed ethnic cleansing in western Tigray.

Why did not the genocidal act of TPLF come out in BOLD? Why did not the ethnic cleansing of Amhara in Wollega not mentioned in BOLD? Who was the cause for all these horrors? Was NOT TPLF the one who brought all these? Was not misguided Tigres boasted off war is their ritual dance?

Don't be too excited too early There will be investigation of the crimes committed by the atrocious parties, TPLF being the main culprit as the UN Human right group once reported. Blinken taking orders from the Rice and accusing the victims won't easily undo what did happen in Mai-Kadra and China and all over Afar and Wello.
