If Djiboutians will ever build a statute in the center of the city, I don't think Isais Afeworki will face any competition for his role role in turning Djibouti from an irrelevant little port that harbors two small ships a month into regional maritime hub by handing over a multi-billion dollar business on a silver platter. Look at what the the mafias have turned a promising country with functioning ports into?
