This seems OPDO propaganda line against its sister party ANDM in order to gain supremacy in the capital city. It’s recent memory ANDM used Orthodox - and Adwa celebration - as cover to come on top.

Isayas most likely is training FANO but it’s unimaginable they are being sent to the capital as this would give Abiy perfect excuse to declare ANDM as terrorist organization. This would be God sent for OPDO. Mind you OPDO popularity is up in reaction to its elevated rhetoric against ANDM.
