Oromo is about 35% of the total population according to the currently valid national census and contributes 14% of the "irregular influx" to the city. Oromia is in the proximity of the city, influx can happen more easily due to that.

Amhara makes 27% or so of the total population but contributes the vast majority of 64% of the same sort of influx, Amhara region is not in the proximity of the citiy.

Here too one is more equal than the other equals, the usual way.

It would be interesting if somebody was to compile the statistics of the noises being made in the country in the name of political activism.

Of course numbers don’t lie, unless they are tortured to do so. According to the first ever population and housing census of Ethiopia, Amhara were 12 million ( see page 44) and Oromo 12 million ( see page 46), figures are rounded. The question is where did the OLF claim came that Oromo are majority, while they are not. Interestingly, OLF Abiy Ahmed even once said Oromo is the largest ethnic group in Africa.

The usual nonsensical argument is thrown at whim without deliberation. 14% you are talking about must have come from far east Wellega or Bale,or Harer to stay in the city, but most of the Oromo come in to do their business they go back to their home. Nazret /Adama or Debreziet / Beshuftu /sebeta etc come in every day but they leave the same day because of proximity. But even if that is not the case there has never been a quota for any Ethiopians to come to Addis. They came for different reasons and they leave it at will; cause Addis is not a panacea for life's hardship,it is just a city with glitters and sometimes for the talented a place of opportunity to sprout. The other fact you need to know is the majority of Addis Ababians are Amharas, and their relatives are Amharas and they are free to come whenever they want to. I know that this goes against the Oromuma plan of demographic change, thus Abbebbech Addanne concocts an accusation for elderly people who come to get health care, the farmer who brings Teff to Addis all have to be labeled insurrectionist who want to overthrow the besshass chole from 4 kilo . You , and Addenach have tried to copy and paste weyanes propaganda, but you do it so incompetently that you have made yourself a laughingstock. Be original even when you concoct.

Instead of talking the usual fantasy talks can you please tell about the influx of the armed fano extremists who publicly declared war against the government and the Oromo deep down in Oromo country and oromo city. Even on this very forum paranoid fonno activists are agitating for the attacks on the government and Oromiyya region.

Almost all the fanno leaders both dead and alive did vow to attack the government and the Oromiyya region which the extremist neftegna shalaqa dawit claimed for himslef and currently organizing meetings in USA. This and similar stories you must tell us instead of spreading your usual teret.. teret.. bere welede fairy tales.

If there is a prize for the most inane oromuma propagandist ever you win it hands-down.
