Since Derg, especially under Tplf Orthodox is weakened great, it is expected to get worse as pattern has been this way. Tplf was not fool when it left set up Protestant. It is not accident! Even trying to get this governemnt, it is using Orthodox which is Tplf's backyard. It is trying to disintegrate by war between amara and oromiya that is why is it is affecting Orthodox now. This current government and Tplf are using such elements to stay in power or get rid of the current government. However for Tplf, it had decided to destroy Ethiopoia all the way, that is why the recent attempt to affect Orthodox.
