I heard about the Anthem, which was reportedly also donated to the Oromo people, like the Kilili itself, by none other than the liberators of the Oromo people. In that case, there is no reason to question the content of the anthem, it was literally a replica of the donors' own anthem.
So, your question could easily be answered if you just try to inform yourself about the content of the mother (original) anthem of the donors.
