use two enemies to weaken each ozer, which r fano n shene gallaz. Zen u save the armies strength to handle ze winner. while zey fight, u can keep making ze new parking lots and new stuff in addis Ababa. Let ze two Stoopid Buda amharu and Gallas fight for years while ze govt enjoy nice life in capital city. Wowwwe.
