The confusion is among the amiches here at mereja and who are the majority and the SOB agazians aka the neo-andenetawyan who are still unable to swallow the freedom of eritrea. They want our kebessa to merge with tigray aimed to establish a tigray-tigrigni or abay tigray entity and later occupy our sea ports.

Just to add,

Eris inside eritrea are living harmoniously. They don't give a rats asz if one is from hamassien or seraye or akele or keren or gash barka or sahil etc. It is unique in eritrea, an eritrean never asks a fellow eritrean where he/she hails from.

The problem we have is with the diaspora eris. They are polarized along region, faith, ethnicity and what have you. Thanks god, we don't have such sickness inside our country and that is most important for our people back home.

Our population is not 110 or 120 million. We are few millions and we are small family or one family and we love each other and we proved it in our revolutionary war.

Our enemies now are the agazians and the tedemirenal lots but thanks god they are few in number and they won't pose any threat to our hard won independence.
