When Eritreans declared self-sufficiency; the world and the [deleted] laughed. There are three basics ingredients for viable nation. Defense, food security and social justices. Now take a look at this
Q: How does the proportion of cereal crops look like in terms of their proportion?

A: According to the five years strategic plan of the Ministry, the goal is to cultivate cereal crops in the following ratio: cereals (50%), pulses (25%) and oil crops (25%). Currently, the proportion of these crops has reached 87%, 9%, and 4% respectively, and the Ministry is making considerable efforts to speed up reaching the goal as soon as possible. For instance, there is a plan to upscale rapeseed (an important oil crop) cultivation up to 1000 hectares just in the coming season.
We know about the Eritrean defense force, if you have any doubts, ask the agammme and they will tell you.
Food security, if you can reach to this level you know objective met.

And with no social justice, Eritrea couldn't have survived 20 years of misery sanctions, and sabotages by the agamme at that no Aid and no begging. Why do you think the Tigrays in just two years, they are not only hungry but starving to death. Africa solution is not democracy but social justice.
