The USA has directed both of them to work together and stabilize the Horn Africa. Isaias and Amharas have lost the power positioning & repositioning game but will try their best to get attention. The USA will further pressurize Isaias until he loses power. For the Amhara shiftas they are destined to live in the agony of loosing thier traditional leadership position for ever.
