tactical retreat from Kobo is a correct assessement by tegaru. But tactical retreat from Gobiye and Robit is a lie and a loughable joke. TPLF is decimated in Gobiye and Robit making Kobo impossible to defend. Hence retreat was the order and then suger coat it with "tactical withdrawal"
