Galla giving execuses for its incompetency. Gallas gave themselves titles like Marshal, Major General...etc after losing the battle in Tigray, leaving 1.4 million litters of gas, 4 billion birr and over 10k ENDF soldiers with their weapons. Only Gallas know how to congratulate themselves while losing. The cowardness of gallas also goes beyond that. They beg for mercy from weyanne asking for negotiation and unilateral ceasfire unheard in the history of human conflicts.
