this Nigerian politician saying Ethiopia spend 4 million per km rail from Addis Ababa to Djibouti and the rail finished long time ago
but the Nigerian rail cost 54 million dollar per km but they never finished it for more then ten years and the Ethiopian rail is heavy rail while the Nigerian rail is light rail no container
