Answer?

Because, he is putting Guraghe in his back pocket to toss it into his Orommuma mouth sometime later.
Mark my word, Orommuma will eatup all those ethnic Zones in SNNPR turn by turn. The most that will get several painful bite from Orommuma is Guraghe, because many Guraghe lands, compared to others, have been already bagged into Oromia region; and still many areas of Guraghe are highly likely to be thrown into the Orommuma bag. Anyone how crossed Gibe river by bus either in his way to Jimma/Agaro or Addis Abab can see all the tukuls/huts/ from Giber river to Welqite are Guraghe, but forcefully grabed by Orommuma. The same to Wolliso, which is historically Sodo Guraghe but eaten up by the Orommuma alligator. Any Guraghe, for that matter in the SNNPR fake TPLF region bowing down and kissing Abiy Ahmed feet will be the reason for eternal slavery or be the ገባሮ of Oromia , either by force or Mogassa.

Aby govt act based on Protestant. Most Kenbatans have been stooge of foreign Protestant faith, saying goodbye to their original faith Orthodox. So aby govt is listening to these friendly to aby govt protestant and rejecting those who refuse to change their true origins, Welayta and Gurage. Weyane was successful converting most population to Protestant, Wahabi, ethnic fanaticism and communism. Aby government will complete the rest saying goodbye to true self and faith in Ethiopia along with Ethiopia's unique history, culture and faith.

Ah yes, tigrayan lady, posting random videos and posts from a page that is as anti-oromo as you are (i get it, if i were tigrayan, i'd hate us and most of the horn too, for pouncing upon tigray & committing war crimes there), is a great source for facts.

Personally, I support the gurage getting their own kilil, and the silte getting a separate one for themselves, too.

Shipwreck off Djibouti leaves 38 Ethiopians dead

April 09, 2024 By VOA News

A ship carrying Ethiopian migrants sank Monday off Djibouti, killing at least 38 people, according to the International Organization for Migration.

The IOM says 22 people were rescued, the U.N. agency said in a statement.

The ship was traveling to Yemen from Djibouti, the main transit country for migrants attempting to reach Gulf nations from the Horn of Africa.

The route is dangerous and leaves migrants vulnerable to trafficking, kidnapping, arrest and forced recruitment into warring groups.

Djibouti must completely close its border crossings with war-torn Ethiopia.

According to a BBC Amharic report, Salaries are delayed for months and paid employees are getting paid in installments with up to 40 percent withheld amount. Sixteen districts and six city administrations are impacted by the situation.

Wolayta people want to have their own kilil but their tiny zone does not have natural resources.

Police disperse public servants protest in Wolaita

May 17, 2024

Public servants who took to the street in Wolaita Sodo town to protest months of unpaid salaries were reportedly dispersed by police.

They have been protesting since Tuesday this week in the seat of Wolaita zone administration of South Ethiopia but the administration was unable to give a “satisfactory answer” , according to DW Amharic report.

The source said that the public servants gathered to take to the street again on Thursday but they were dispersed by security forces.

The protestors were drawn from various government offices in the Sodo area. They were on their way to the zone administration and office of the president of the South Ethiopia region when security forces arrived and dispersed them as they were near the zone’s court.

“We told security forces that our demand is bread and we do not have any other motive [that is to mean that the demand has nothing to do with politics]. They did not understand us and we were unable to reach the administration office,” DW cited the protestors as saying.

The situation of public servants in the Wolaita zone and other zonal administrations in the South Ethiopia regional state has been making news headline in connection with unpaid salaries. It has been reported that they were facing difficulties to feed their families.

The situation has impacted social service delivery in the region. High school students from Damot Woyde district reported that classes are suspended as teachers are not returning back to school. They protested in Bedesa town. Parents are also demanding the administration to resolve the problem.
