Addis is overwhelmed with buildings and people coming from other regions. leave addis alone! correct the construction that Weyane did that screwed Addis population such as roads that are killing pedestrian as soft war against Addis people. The Addis that used to live there are no more today, most are killed by Weyane and now by Olf, By the way there is no Shene, they are all Olf. By giving Olf new name, Shene, they want the people to forget the attrocities of Olf. The Liberation Fronts change their names like a shirt.

To be honest Bahir Dar should be developed and expanded cities in amhara should remove slums and replace them with high rises .. Addis is to crowded and overpopulated
