The guy tells how woyane would send trusted spies to infiltrate DEMHIT. Unknowingly to the spies, they would inform Molla Asgedom of this, so that Molla can expose the spies and this way gain the trust of his organisation.
Molla is the super spy (a bishop in a game of chess), the other guys are minor spies (pawns), may be working at a local office in Mekelle, may be got into a minor dispute with one of their bosses, the pawns are sacrificed for the sake of Molla the bishop, for no reason at all other than that Molla can gain some breathing room (trust).
The guy also tells of how woyane sent a battalion of infiltrators who willingly expose themselves as spies to be put in prison. This platoon is like a republican guard to be armed at an opportune time. It was this "prisoner platoon" that overpowered regular DEMHIT soldiers who tried to disarm Molla when he was escaping to Tigray.
Woyane goes to great length to gain the trust of its victims, and should always be denied this (should never be considered a negotiation partner)
Woyane goes to great length to gain the respect of its victims, and should be denied this (should never be treated as equal)
Woyane goes to great length to appear to be strong, and should also be denied this (should always be an object of derision)
Isaias meets all three criteria, never negotiates with woyane (check 1), never treats them as equal (check 2), calls them an empty barrel that makes a lot of noise (check 3).
Abiy meets none!
