Why is Abiy back to pre-Tigray war rhetoric and blaming TPLF for every evil thing that happen under the sky?

Abiy thinks as far as the sanction on Tigray contuinues,, his negotiation power is stronger than TPLF and he could contuinue to bully them. The fact is TPLF and other Federalist forces this time will come to Addis with OLA through Western Oromia ( no need to go through Amharas) and smoke him out from Arat Killo. The only opportunity he has to save himself is by engaging TPLF with positive win win negotiation and in time efficient manner. The more he plays a delay tactic , TPLF will resort to it's plan B option which is already planned and ready.

To be honest, the only ideal strategy for Abiy Ahmed to save himself is destroying TPLF from Tigray, not negotiation. Abiy Ahmed started negotiation mean he started the end of his life. Let's not forget it is a 3rd world country, full of unpredictability no rule or agreement guarantees anything. Only winning does. After all a rebel is always rebel. However, since Abiy Ahmed himself has blood on his hand, the blood of the victims will call his own killers - Abiy Ahmed's killers are none other than TPLF. He will cut a deal with TPLF, and he will kiss goodbye, cut his own life short. The fact of the matter is if Abiy is not a traitor, he does not even need ENDF, only Fano can take care of TPLF in just a week time. TPLF is very weak, but their strength is the weakness of the 4 kilo OLF who grew up with strong hate for Amhara.

TPLF is a dead meat. There is no future for this despicable and primitive organization.
What would be wise is for the Tigrains to join hands and transform the country by putting individual right the corner stone of a new constitution. The barefooted poor and destitute deserves better. Purge the TPLF & PP.
