Abiy is basically a capricious person, his mom thought he was cute and let him get away with mischiefs, he now thinks he can get away with capricious behaviour and that Ethiopians won't mind. The way things are now developing, few people still like him, nobody fears him and still worse nobody respects him. A very bad combination.

For those who don't know, a sister Souljah moment is a way of regaining your popularity / credibility, your footing, by a take-down of a generally hated entity. Clinton won the election with a take-town of the then immensely unpopular (within the Democratic Party) Jesse Jackson and Sis Souljah. That moment is now known as a sister Souljah moment. Abiy now needs this
