Ethiopia has to be restructured to hybrid Confederated/Federated states

Unfortunately Ethiopia cannot survive with the existing Federal Structure or the past Unitary Structure , therefore, the Ethiopian government, key stakeholders and ellities have to come up with a viable hybrid Confederation/ Federation structure.
