He is expressing his dismay at the level of lack of discipline, supporting the claim made by the government.
Delusioned mob followed him and caused unprecedented level of havoc in the region and now they caused the insulting of the whole Oromo people by this illiterate guy.

Jaal Maro's desparation:
all of his followers are just bandits and delusioned Oromo youth. The business of banditism is destined to backfire on itself and the people are asking themselves about for how long still?
They have not liberated themselves, let alone liberate others.

It was not without a reason that Jaal Maro was so dismayed at his own followers.
The young lady in the following video put it concisely the state of the matter.
She said: They claim to defend the Amhara people but then they rob both the Oromo and Amhara people, the others claim to defend the Oromo people but then they rob both the Amhara and Oromo people, the extremists of both side are simply bandits, which don't have an iota of the meaning freedom. We will fight them.
