Endf has tanks and TPLF has tanks both ruled Ethiopia and purchased foreign mechanized weapons the past decades. So you saying this is a great lie.
In fact the Russians are more like TPLF as they use highways to invade another country and use mechanized vehicles as well to transport their weraris like agames used Sino Ai Trucks to transport weraris to and fro
The Russians could not defeat Kherson same way TPLF could not defeat Gondar
