This expression was used today by President Putin of The Russian Federation in his speech of the annual commemoration of Victory Day (over the Nazi Germany before 77 years, for which it sacrificed the lives of over 27 Millions of its (of former Soviet Union's) citizens).

He said wordly the "moral degradation of the West", against which his country's army is waging a war once again, whom he accused of supporting the "neo-Nazis" in Ukraine.


He is by now not alone in designating the entity waging war in Ukraine and their collaborators as Neo-Nazis, even some in Poland seem to have started to use the designation, like the following video indicates.
