The Ethiopia case is like Ukraine, The aggressors being UAE, Egypt and Sudan, Eritrea acting as a running dog.
The West should involve itself actively in resolving the civil war in Ethiopia. This is a golden opportunity to win Ethiopia to the West by empowering TPLF-OLF coalition government.

Russia is siding with Eritrea and thus the West should arm TDF, a very reliable army modern army to oust Issayas Afeworqi from power. The territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ethiopia should be preserved. This should be the pre-condition for arming TDF with the latest weapons from USA and EU and of course UK.

The Nile Dam is not for negotiation. It belongs to Ethiopia and has to be filled as per plan. The West should respect the sovereignty of Ethiopia and support Ethiopia. Sooner or later Ethiopia will defeat Eritrea and control The Red Sea Coastal area, which has been part of Ethiopia for millennia. The West should welcome the new super power Ethiopia and accordingly co-operate with Ethiopia. No one on earth can rule Ethiopians. They will defeat any force trying to occupy their land. They might seem divided, but they are not.
