I appreciate TPLF' s patience in trying to exhaust all venues for peace prior taking the other option on it's palm. I hope the UN and the international community take required action before it is too, too late! Actually they are already too late.

This is nonsense. What is the purpose of writing the letter ? To educate the UN boss about Ethiopia . If that is the case the paper gets an F.
When one writes to UN boss, he or she should consider the guy is a busy soul. He has no time to read the whole Ethiopian history. Somebody should tell the TPLF know nothing there is a thing called business English which should be applicable when writing to authorities.

TPLF is the most stupid thug the world has ever seen. What is the point of writing a memo to the UN as if the UN had not tried everything under the sun to help out the terrorist and anarchic province of Tigray? The UN itself is the most diligent agent in fabricating lies and writing wonderful fictions. The UN tried everything .The dumbest people from ደደቢት land of Tigray scribbling nonsense only proves TPLF lost hope light of hope in this universe.

No Ethiopian gives heed to this cr.ḁp. The UN is now in a deep sh!t itself working its rear end to help Ukraine. It’s credibility and existence is questionable. My advice to TPLF thugs is surrender. It has been over along time ago.

A letter to the UN? To save your a$$ from the war you started? Handover TPLF leaders and the armament bought by Ethiopian tax payers.
That is the first thing you do to get back to normal.
Not writing a letter to your white masters.
We told you so that the end of this madness is humiliation and death.

The truce has enabled only 6% of the food aid required to be allowed into Tigray. Anyone who is supposed to make data / evidence based decision, is obviously, likely to conclusively conclude that peaceful conclusion with Abiy's regime is highly unlikely. Numbers don't lie. It is very terrifying that the below logical reasoning could prevail.

Desperate times require desperate measures !!!
desperation at it's peak!! if writing scribbles could change any situation, Agames you would have been in a better predicaments than what you are in now. Unfortunately, The UN does what it wants and right now it has too much on it's plate dealing with more important souls AKA " Blonde hair and blue eyes " than a dispensable Chigray people.

The UN doesn’t waste its time talking or making decisions about a sovereign nation’s territories or regions. Tigray is Ethiopia and Ethiopia has the mandate to facilitate its citizens how it sees it fit. If its region is in miseries which it deems is created by the leadership of its region, it is its obligation to clean it up. The UN talking or worrying about Ukraine is because Ukraine is a sovereign nation.
And these nut cases agames are confused to put themselves as if they are an independent nation which is being marginalized by their own govt.
Funfunat, deceitful agames we’re crying day in day out to let the humanitarian aid to get in, now that Ethiopia (not the UN) is allowing to get in they are yet again trying to screw it up by demanding not to Ethiopia but to UN other mission impossible asks.
Like the same crap which put them in the past…..if we don’t get this and that we will go to war and waste over a million rats agames.
I mean, they even are saying that if Humera and Welkait are not vacated by the Amhara, they will go to war. Doing the same stupid thing and expecting different results.
Man, Ethiopia should stop allowing any aid to these mother fu’ckers, period.
Now that Ethiopia let them have fuel, they are driving their cars, they are at least eating a meal a day. So, rather than saying thank you, they still are becoming more stupid than before and want to let more agames to die and more to be starved to death.
The rule when it comes to these funfunat agames tribe is to not give them an inch. If you do so they will ask for your arms (hands).
They are ungrateful by nature.
But if one analysis their predicament, the behavior they are showing is nothing but admittance of defeat, but want to be seen as if they got out of the deep sh’it they got themselves in as if they finally have their way.
And Ethiopia should stick to its hunt if the shiftas…..apprehend them or assassinate them and then let the agames make the decision to elect new leaderships which understands that they are Ethiopians and Ethiopia just like any other sovereign country can draw, redraw its internal boundaries as it sees fit.
It is not UN or America’s business to tell any sovereign country how a said country can govern its country. Heck even the USA (states) do redraw their boundaries every 10 or so years in the event the demographics of the counties change by conducting census.
Not only America, but numerous countries do it all the time, including the great state of Eritrea.
So these nasty agames can’t eat their cakes and have them too. It is declare your independence and do govern your tiny tigray as you see it fit and complain as a sovereign nation if you have problem with another sovereign nation Ethiopia. That is how the inept UN works, dummies.

Prospects for dialogue, negotiated settlement in Ethiopia diminishing. Tigray's pullback, acceptance of mediation, truce, restraint and patience have all amounted to nothing.

Starvation and siege continue.

Return to war looks inevitable.

Addis and IC fully responsible.

Eden thanks for bringing up Rashid Abdi for a discussion. I forgot about the guy. In fact I owe him for so many laughs that he was the cause. He is the worst, clueless TPLF cadre stationed in Nairobi. He used to count the demise of the Abiy’s administration in hours, not days.
I consider Abdi along with that Indian so called military analyst a treasure for making me laugh . The Indian is something interesting too, nevertheless has more common sense than Abdi.
My life is not boring among other things thanks to these characters.

He is from being clueless. He is one of the handful people outside Ethiopia who knew war was imminent a couple days from the actual start of the war on Tigray. The only thing he missed was the third member of the alliance.

"Afewerki & Abiy actively considering military action to settle dispute with Tigrai. They are deaf to calls for dialogue, de-escalation.

A war is coming."

Eden he knew war was imminent because his handlers the TPLF informed him in advance. The war started by TPLF and it was no surprise the TPLF cadre who was stationed in Nairobi being informed so that he shapes international public opinion. But he had not been qualified to the task my dear. He did more damage to TPLF propaganda than good.

If you reread the above post, I said "He is one of the handful people outside Ethiopia" because those of Ethiopian background knew that war is coming. The below interview was broadcasted 1 days before the start of the war. So for Ethiopians, the question is about when not if.

But people outside Ethiopia thought the idea of Ethiopia invading its territory with the support of Eritrea was absurd. That is why he is one the few who understood how far Ethiopia has descended. Who would have thought "ኢትዮጵያ እጆችዋን ወደ ኤርትራ ትዘረጋለች"?
