As for Somalia, he says, "There are conversations with the Chinese and the Somalis that happen regularly, we'll have to see. They discuss a lot of things, they've discussed the base, and well, the Somalis tell us that they're our partner and that they won't partner with the Chinese, so we'll leave it that for now."
