America dropped them, it seems, that now they have finally come to acknowledge that an African country "is with influence on the African continent".

This was obviously not the case when their diplomats shettled between Waschington, New-York (UN-SC), EU, China, Turkey, Russia wezeterefe.

Here my claim was seconded by Arab Weekly as well:
Egypt, Sudan draw sobering lessons from Ethiopia's Nile dam power generation
and told the two to come into terms with the reality.

The start-up of the dams turbines suggests that Egypt and Sudan had lacked sufficient information about the progress of the Renaissance Dam project.
