Within 1 week, the new #US special envoy & delegation are in their 2nd visit to the Horn of African region & beyond.Regrettably, the regime in #Ethiopia has shown no sign of making peace. Fight continued, siege continued, lifesaving aid barred, Tigrayans are dying. #TigrayGenocide
