That is a good start, but not complete. Since many of the Weyanes are in the custody of the Ethiopian government, make them do what they are good at doing. Ransack cemeteries! Recover the rotten body of Abebe Chenawi and throw it to some hungry, very hungry hyenas. The animals will crunch his bones and spit them at his grave hole. Remember that hyenas are smarter, much smarter, than the ever miserable Agames.
