I think Cohen is really shocked and morally traumatized by what TPLF did in Wollo and Afar - raping grandmothers and shooting cows. Probably he is having his own guilt psychosis for bringing these animals into power. Yes, is he will never sleep in peace for creating this monster called TPLF. If he want to regain his psychological health, he should advise Biden to help Abiy to surgically eliminate the structures of the man eating Tigray monster that is literally devouring the poor people of Tigray.
As for Amaras, it is only a matter of time before they even out (revenge) the barbaric stupidity of the junta. Cut it any way you like, things will get worse in Tigray before it gets better which is post TPLF eradication.
