This is a slap in the face to the Eritrean people. Who is he blaming for his failings after 30 years in power? I'm inclined to believe he's mentally ill.

What an idiot. Its his 30 years of STUPIDITY that has kept the entire nation and people hostage to poverty. Does he have any plan to get the roads and infrastructure repaired and functional? Fool.
